Za vse uporabnike smučišča Kanin veljajo Splošni pogoji smučišča. Ob koriščenju je obvezno doplačilo 5 EUR za kavcijo, ki se ob vračilu čip karte vrne. JZ Sončni Kanin ne nosi odgovornosti v primeru izgube ali ne koriščenja voucherja. JZ Sončni Kanin ima v primeru dvoma pravico pri družbi Elan d.o.o. preveriti veljavnost voucherja.
